nutrition mastery (w3+4)

You’ll learn how to structure your meals, understand what your body needs, and remove confusion around food without restriction or extremes.

Meals out, weekends, alcohol, busy schedules — this is where you learn how to stay on track in real life, not just when everything is perfect.


BUILD + understand your body (w5+w6)

You’ll build confidence in the gym, understand how to train effectively, and start progressing in a way that actually drives results.

From stress to sleep to your cycle — you’ll finally understand what’s happening in your body so you can work with it, not against it.


SUSTAIN (w7+w8)

We tackle the “dip”, all-or-nothing thinking, and the patterns that normally cause you to fall off so this time you don’t self sabotage.

You’ll review your progress, build confidence in your routine, and leave with a clear plan so you don’t lose everything once the program ends.
